Currently, we are looking for people to fill the following positions:

Part-Time Administrative Assistant/ Assistant Office Manager

Looking for an experienced go-getter to grow with us!

Our ideal candidate has strong office and computer skills, excellent phone manners, ability to work independently as well as with a team, a sense of humor, and most importantly, the ability and willingness to learn and grow with our company. You will also need to be willing to work hard, but not take yourself too seiously - after all it's a lawn care, not brain surgery. :-) Preference will be given to candidates who have all of the above, as well as the ability to walk, talk and chew gum - preferably at the same time.

Our office consists primarily of our General Manager, an Office Manager and this position, so finding the right fit is crucial! We are very informal and have a great office environment that is often filled with banter, and the perfect person will jump right in!

The position itself entails a number of different things, but the primary focus revolves around talking with current and prospective customers, scheduling estimates and appointments, as well as answering billing and service questions. Other duties will include following up on voice mail messages, mailing out proposals, processing contracts, lots of filing, vendor relations, monthly billing and many other things.

The position could be as few as 20 hours per week and as much many as 35, and on an hourly basis would pay between $11.00 - $16.00 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.

Landscape Foremen & Crew

Ideal person will have Construction, Lawn, Irrigation and Snow experience. Driver’s license and good driving record required for foremen. Pesticide license and conversational Spanish a plus. Pre-employment drug screening required.
Pay range for Crew Members is $ 8.00 - $12.00.
Pay range for Foremen is $13.00 - $20.00.

Mechanic

Experienced small engine and light truck mechanic to run our shop. Must have own tools. Drivers License and good driving record.
Pay range is $15.00 - $20.00

Irrigation Service Technician

Ideal person will have Installation and Service Experience with all major brands. Driver’s license and good driving record required. Conversational Spanish a plus. Pre-employment drug screening required
Pay range is $16.00 - $21.00
