Before we begin our fall seeding programs, this is also the ideal time to consider having an underground irrigation system installed. We would be happy to set up a time to have our Certified Irrigation Designer meet with you to discuss your specific lawn and landscaping, and how an irrigation system could save you time and money - all while keeping your lawn and plants looking incredible – NO MATTER HOW SEVERE THE WEATHER! We have a limited number of slots still available to have systems installed this summer/early fall – with time left over for fall seeding.

The spring’s heavy rainfall combined with the summer’s heat and irregular rainfall has resulted in most un-irrigated lawns looking brown and in need of rejuvenation. Even those lawns which have been well watered are showing signs of stress and may need a bit of help to get it back in shape and keep it looking great and healthy in the coming year. Fall is the time for rejuvenating and strengthening your lawn through seeding, core aeration, fertilization or a combination of those! Not sure what you need? PLEASE NOTE: If you already have a sprinkler system and are having power slice seeding or core aeration performed, we will call you prior to our coming out so that you will have time to flag all of your sprinkler heads and valve boxes. If you do not have any flags, we do have them available at our office at no charge. You may stop by our new office Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.. If you are currently a mowing customer, we are happy to deliver flags to you when we are out, please call our office to make arrangements.

Power slice seeding plants the grass seed into the soil in neat rows, ensuring that your seed doesn’t wash away, and that you receive an even distribution. For most lawns, we recommend having this performed every three to five years.

Core Aeration pulls plugs from the ground at regular intervals, allowing the existing grass roots to expand and move deeper into the soil, making your established lawn hardier. For most lawns, we recommend having this performed every one to three years.

Over Seeding is less expensive than power seeding, and is a great way to add new life to an existing lawn that is already in good shape. We recommend having this performed every year, and for best results, having it performed in conjunction with core aeration.

Underground Sprinkler Systems are an ideal way to keep your lawn well-watered throughout the growing season. Our systems are designed by a certified irrigation designer, have a 5 year warranty on parts, and are easy to use! We also include rain sensors on all systems which will turn the system off when natural rainfall has already adequately watered your lawn, so that not only are you watering, but you are watering smart!
